Still Angry

I keep going back and forth in my mind about the fact the the seller didn't have permits to do some major stuff in the house. Therefore he lied on the disclosure, which is fraud. The fireplace is a rooting mess. It would be nice if, since he didn't have the permits to put one in, that he should pay to remove it. But really, what would I rather be using my money for?
